Advanced Optronics Inc. has been awarded a $275,000 SBIR Phase 1 grant from the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This grant, titled “Determining reliability and efficacy of intraoperative sensors to reduce structural damage during cochlear implantation,” will support our groundbreaking research in developing advanced sensor technology to enhance the safety and precision of cochlear implant surgeries.
